10 years Douwe Egberts Senseo
6 out of 10 Dutch households have a Senseo. WeLL Design was from the beginning involved in the technical development of the Senseo. Under the project management by Rob Willemsen, the coffee system and the principle of foam on the coffee was fully developed. WeLL Design led this innovative development up to and including the first series of prototypes and the sourcing of the Chinese supplier.
When the numbers went up in to millions, Philips moved the production to Europe.
