iGATE at ‘Design at the border’ by Red Dot Award / WeLL gives speech at workshop with Peter Zec
‘Design at the border’ exhibition, organzied by Red Dot Design Award and Brainpoort
The Netherlands are traditionally successful at the “red dot award: product design”. In the year 2011 alone, 46 winning products received this unique distinction. It is well known that both countries produce outstanding design and creative innovations – including collaborations. HERAS iGATE is part of this success story.
Reasons enough to have a closer look at the achievements of both countries: From 8 September to 9 October 2011, the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen presents the best Dutch products, but also confronts them with German works in an unusual way. There is one thing they have in common: All of them convinced the jury of the red dot design award. Attached you find more information on our exhibition “Design at the border” in Eindhoven’s Designhuis. HERAS iGATE will be part of the exhibition.

Workshop „Design as a value generator“
In the context of the exhibition, a workshop on 21 September will inform about „Design as a value generator“. Prof. Dr. Peter Zec, CEO of Red Dot and Mathis Heller, chief designer WeLL Design will be among the speakers.
